Gaia brings together three concepts that are changing and shaping how we live, work and interact with our living environment – it provides end-to-end internet of things (IOT) solutions for smart cities and industrial automation.

Gaia helps cities and enterprises transform complex services and processes, through innovative interconnected solutions and smart data analytics that blend technology, business and design.

Gaia provides sensing, metering, tracking, and analytics as a service over a wide-area IOT network. It also provides systems thinking, IOT and digital transformation advisory services for cities and enterprises.

Gaia is pioneering a new ‘network of networks’ – integrating low-power sensing technologies with third party telecom-grade IOT networks, to build a virtual, cloud-based digital communications and analytics platform for connected devices. This will allow common data, common network, and shared information infrastructure across government and non-government organisations.

Our  Philosophy

The company is inspired by the 'Gaia Hypothesis':Organisms interact with their inorganic surroundings on Earth to form a self-regulating, complex system that contributes to maintaining the conditions for life on the planet.

We believe that even if we and the inorganic things are not connected by deep biological models,we can be connected virtually. A virtual Gaia. An Interconnected Intelligent Ecosystem.

Team & Culture

Gaia brings together a unique team of experienced minds and curious young innovators, brilliant technologists and disruptive marketers, intuitive designers and systems thinkers. Gaia is a fluid holocracy of collaborative, entrepreneurial leaders creating a zero friction work-life environment.
